2022 Wyndham Championship Prize Breakdown and Payout


The 2022 Wyndham Championship will be held at the Sedgefield Country Club at Greensboro for the 15th straight year. The tournament’s origin dates all the way back to 1938 when it was still called the Greater Greensboro Open and with the Forest Oaks Country Club being the only other venue of the event.


A huge prize pool worth $7.3 million is at stake at the Sedgefield Country Club this week. That’s up from the $6.4 million total payout from the previous year, with the $900,000 increase in the total prize pot being a significant upgrade that’s seen in most if not all PGA TOUR tournaments this season.
